FORCEDBFootwear manufactures army boots for India's armed forces and allied units — DMS boots, combat boots, jungle boots and ammunition boots — built to Joint Services (JSS) and defence specifications. We supply to units, canteens, dealers and government tenders, and are a registered GeM seller with defence-registered articles.
Army footwear is rugged by design: high-ankle full-grain leather uppers, direct-moulded soles for all-terrain grip, and reinforced toe and heel for field service. Our jungle boots follow the FDDI pattern with a water-repellent textile upper and cleated PU sole, while our leather ankle boots meet the JSS 8430 series for general-purpose and DVS use.
Specifications: Defence-registered patterns — JSS 8430-11:2016 & JSS 8430-12:2016 (leather ankle / DVS), IND/TC/3780 (oxford DMS), FDDI/SPEC/Jungle Boot/08:2014. Black, sizes 5–12, bulk & tender supply.
Talk to us about department-spec bulk manufacturing or request factory-direct tender rates. See the full force & uniform footwear range.
Our army footwear is built to JSS 8430-11:2016 and JSS 8430-12:2016 (leather ankle and DVS boots), IND/TC/3780 (leather oxford DMS shoe) and the FDDI jungle-boot pattern. Articles are registered for defence supply.
DMS (Directly Moulded Sole) bonds a PU/rubber sole directly to the leather upper under heat and pressure. DVS (Direct Vulcanised Sole) vulcanises a rubber sole onto the upper. Both are stitch-free at the sole join for strength; we manufacture both.
Yes. We manufacture up to 50,000 pairs a month with in-house cutting, moulding and finishing, and can supply against GeM bids and defence tenders with test reports and documentation.
